Although having a line of available credit is always a good fallback net, Paradocs takes the precaution of setting up the billing system prior to the startup date, so our clients will not experience cashflow reduction during the setup time.

The client will be invoiced from the 2nd to the 10th of each month for the billing services provided on the prior month. For example, billing services rendered on from Jan 1st to 31st will be invoiced any time between the 2nd and the 10th of February.

Our team is trained and qualified to work on Health Fusion (Nextgen) system. For quality and efficiency reasons, we only process billing on Health Fusion.

If your billing is currently on this software, we will request you to provide us access to it upon signed the Business Association Agreement.

If you are currently working on different software, we may be able to review and bring your Accounts Receivable to Health Fusion, to continually work, as long the access can be provided to us.

EDI means Electronic Data Interchange.

When electronic claims are sent out to insurance carriers, it uses the clearinghouse system, which works like the post office. For example, when you are having a party, you can handle invitations house by house, or you can drop all invitations to the post office.

We can do the same with the claim, going insurance by insurance, or taking it all to the clearinghouse and allowing it to distribute. Some insurance carriers require pre-registration of the electronic data before they can accept a claim.

Every claim submitted electronically has a confirmation of the recipient as received or rejected.

We request enrollment 30 days before the initial billing services date, allowing enough time to have the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setup and no interruptions on the cashflow.

ParaDocs operates under HealthFusion (NextGen) practice management software. If the new client already operates under this database, we can start immediately with no need for advance setup.

Although, new clients are registered under HealthFusion, we request 30 days in advance for EDI setup to avoid cashflow interruptions.

Every client has full access to its account in Health Fusion, patient chart, AR, reports, etc., and we can provide as many users as needed.

ParaDocs is your billing department, and to maximize your success, we highly recommend your front office accessing the billing system live.

ParaDocs operates in compliance with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and for that reason, we can only provide services to medical practices that sign the Business Association Agreement.

The quality of our services is our greatest motivation, and for that reason, our clients have the freedom to discontinue the billing association anytime upon 30 days’ termination notice.

Our clients are encouraged to use any EHR software of their choice. If the client uses an EHR other than NextGen, we request access to it, allowing our billing team to retrieve demos, medical notes, and other supporting documentation.

If the new client is already operating under NextGen’s billing system, we request one week for our team preparation. For those requiring setup on the NextGen billing system, we ask 15 to 30 days in advance to be ready to submit the first batch of claims.
